Our retreats focus on reconciliation with your past. For this, we work with the renowned body-centered trauma work of SomaticExperiencing®. This revolutionary work, developed by famed trauma researcher Dr. Peter Levine, reunites scientific knowledge, individual care and empathetic presence. The foundations for deep and lasting transformation.

Safe healing space

To heal from a hurting past, you will have to be vulnerable. To be able to do so, you need to feel safe. We are deeply committed to providing this safehealing space for you. Our carefully selected venues and energetic presence will allow you to open to your vulnerabilty, laying the grounds for deep transformation. 

Private 1:1 sessions

We are aware that transformation is also a private process. This is why we provide 3 private sessions for every participant. These sessions are integral part of your process and intricately woven into a compelling overall retreat program which comprises group activities such as yoga, meditation, ho'oponopono, walks on the beach and much more.
